Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026

This policy sets out how you may cancel your Membership and when we provide refunds. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and terms defined there have the same meaning here. In summary: you may cancel at any time, and your first payment is refundable in full within seven days.

1. Summary

  • You may cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken.
  • Your first payment, on either Plan, is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of it. No reason is required.
  • Renewal payments are not refunded once charged, except in the circumstances in section 4.
  • Any refund or cancellation right you have under the law of your place of residence applies in addition.

2. How to cancel

2.1 You may cancel from Account & Billing, which you reach from the menu under your name. Cancellation stops the next renewal immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current monthly or annual period and then ends. You may rejoin at any time, and your progress is kept.

2.2 You may also cancel by emailing hello@mindwhealth.com from the email address on your Account. A cancellation sent by email takes effect when we receive it.

3. The seven-day refund

3.1 If you email hello@mindwhealth.com from the address on your Account within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full and end your Membership. No reason is required.

3.2 This applies to your first payment on either the Monthly or the Annual Plan.

3.3 We process refunds within five business days, to the card used for the payment. Your card issuer may take several further days to show it.

3.4 The seven-day refund is available once per person. It does not apply to renewals, or to a new Account opened after a refund has been given.

4. Refunds after the first seven days

4.1 Renewal payments are not refunded, in whole or in part, once charged. To avoid a further charge, cancel before your renewal date. We will, however, provide a refund where:

  • we charged you in error, for example twice, or after you had cancelled;
  • we materially changed the Service in a way that removed something we promised you, and you ask within 30 days of the change (the unused part of your period is refunded);
  • we terminated your Membership other than because of your breach of the Terms, or stopped operating the Service (the unused part of your period is refunded); or
  • the law of your place of residence requires a refund.

4.2 If an outage prevents access to the Service for more than 24 consecutive hours, we credit affected Accounts without the need for a request. Routine downtime is not refunded.

5. Failed payments

5.1 If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor retries the card over the following days and your access continues while it does. If the payment has still not succeeded when the retries end, your Membership ends. No refund is due for periods already paid, and you may rejoin at any time.

6. Lifetime-access Members

6.1 If you joined with a lifetime-access code, no payment has been taken, so no refund arises. You may ask us to close your Account at any time.

7. Your statutory rights

7.1 Some laws give consumers cancellation or refund rights whatever a supplier's policy says, for example the cooling-off rights for distance contracts in the United Kingdom and the European Union, the consumer guarantees in Australia, and the cancellation rights in Canadian provinces where a supplier has not provided required information. Nothing in this policy limits any such right. If you believe one applies to you, email us stating which, and we will honour it.

7.2 United Kingdom and European Union consumers have a 14-day statutory right to cancel a contract for digital content or services. By requesting immediate access at signup, you acknowledge that this right ends once access begins, as the law allows. The seven-day refund in section 3 applies in addition.

8. Chargebacks

8.1 If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first; we can usually resolve it more quickly than your card issuer. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we may suspend access to your Account while the dispute is resolved.

9. Contact

9.1 Send cancellation and refund requests to hello@mindwhealth.com, including the email address registered to your Account.
