No. The trading desk unlocks after you earn the pillar coins (or after your Line has been held for thirty days). Until then, mindwhealth works alongside paper trading — journal what you would have taken, get the score signal on your process without live capital at risk.

Forex pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD), gold (XAUUSD), and index analysis (US100 for context only — the Line locks live trades to the three above).

The mindset, discipline, and process concepts apply to any market. The specific setup language is forex-and-gold flavoured.

Yes — mindwhealth's job is the eighty percent around the setup, not the setup itself. If you already trade a strategy that works, plug it into your Playbook, log it in the desk, review it with the mentor. The score will honestly reflect your process regardless of which setup you take.

No. mindwhealth is an educational platform. We teach process, mindset, discipline, and technical analysis. The mentor coaches — they never tell you to buy or sell. Every entry, every exit, every position size is your decision.

For actual investment advice, talk to a licensed financial advisor.

No — because we don't need to be. We don't manage money, we don't take custody of client funds, we don't sell signals, we don't operate a discretionary advisory. Educational content on trading concepts is protected speech.

If regulation ever requires it, we'll register.

You can lose money trading. On leveraged products like forex and gold you can lose more than your deposit. That risk is yours.

Everything mindwhealth teaches is oriented toward giving you a fair shot: honest process, honest scoring, honest coaching. But the market doesn't owe anyone a return.

They're yours. Stored in your account, visible only to you (and to Daniel in the sense that he can access the admin backend, but we don't sell, aggregate, or share).

Cancelling ends the billing, not the account — everything stays put so you can pick up where you left off. Want a copy of it all, or want it deleted? Email hello@mindwhealth.com and we'll do either within 30 days. Self-serve buttons for both are on the way; they aren't built yet.

Every conversation goes to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We retain the transcripts so the mentor has continuity across sessions (they remember what you talked about yesterday). We don't sell those transcripts. We don't train models on them.

If you'd rather not use the mentor at all, don't chat — none of the other product surfaces require them.

No. No third-party analytics, no advertising cookies, no cross-site pixels. First-party telemetry only, and even that is scoped to product events (lesson completed, boss attempted) — never behavioural surveillance.
