How it works · the loop, walked
One loop. Compounded daily.
mindwhealth is not a course you finish. It's a daily practice you compound. This page walks the loop end to end so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
The door
Sign the Line.
First lesson, first work. You write five rules in your own words. Risk cap. Daily loss cap. Setup criteria. Session window. Behaviour clause. Not a list — a signed document.
Break one, the streak resets. Every re-sign is a real cost. That's the whole design: the rule has to matter enough that you feel the reset.
- Seven-day edit lock after every signing — the rules aren't optional in the moment
- The Line held thirty consecutive days unlocks the Operator card
- Every broken rule surfaces on your dashboard until you deal with it
The curriculum
Walk the six pillars.
Fifty-four lessons across six pillars — Discipline, Education, Technicals, Market Timing, Mindset, Inner Journey. Each pillar closes with a boss exam that gates the next pillar. No skipping.
Every lesson has a mentor callout, a journal prompt, and a send-to-notebook affordance. Reading isn't enough — the lesson has to move from the page into your practice.
- Pillar-completion ceremonies with mentor + tarot progression
- Boss exams graded by the AI grader — no leniency, no pass on partial credit
- Eight-tier progression: Reckless → Disciplined → Patient → Sharp → Consistent → Funded → Professional → Operator (I–VIII)
The mentor
Meet your mentor.
Thirty-six characters across all six pillars — pick the one whose voice actually lands for you. They live everywhere in the app: lesson-page rail, trading-desk companion, session coach.
Trading mode: they run the pre-market ritual with you, grade any chart you paste (Structure / Trigger / Risk), log the trade, walk the review, write the daily summary. Never signals. Only coaches.
- Five tools: checklist / log trade / upload screenshot / trade review / daily summary
- Same conversation thread across mindwhealth and the trading desk — same character, same history
- Powered by Claude — bias continuity, pending-work opener, never advises on entry or exit
The desk
Trade the New York session.
8:45am to 11:00am ET. The Line locks live trades to EU / GU / XAU (US100 is analysis-only). One-percent risk. Max two trades. Break-even at 1.5R. Twenty-five percent off at 2R.
Every trade you take gets logged to the desk. Every session gets a review. Every review feeds the score.
- Trading desk unlocks when you earn every pillar coin (or when your Line hits thirty days)
- Screenshots auto-attach to the trade they belong to
- Stand-downs count as engagement — sitting out a bad setup is a win, not a skip
The journal
Journal honestly. Review weekly.
Every trade gets a journal entry — bias stack (H4 / H1 / M15), setup name, risk, rule adherence, mindset score, mid-trade behaviour, post-trade reaction, mentor milestones.
The Sunday review looks at the week: best process trade, worst process trade, pillar movement, stand-downs. What you take into Monday.
- Journal entries write to the score via managedToBE, tookPartialAt2R, ruleAdherenceCode
- Sunday-ritual UI walks the review step by step — no cold-start blank page
- Notebook has per-lesson notes with send-to-notebook from the lesson-body prompt
The people
Compete against your stage.
The Community leaderboard ranks every user at your current tier by their mindwhealth score. Weekly, monthly, yearly, all-time. Peek a tier up (Sharper) or a tier down (Rougher) with the arrows.
You don't fight Operators when you're Reckless. You fight the traders at your stage. Fair, honest, ranked by process — not P&L.
- Tier populations gate visibility — no leaderboard renders until five traders are ranked in your tier
- Δ vs last window · streak days · current-user row highlighted
- No P&L on display anywhere — this is process-only ranking
The number underneath it all
Your mindwhealth score. Zero to a hundred.
Every rule you hold, every trade you review, every clean session you log — they all feed one composite score across the six pillars. It's the honest read on where your process is, today, right now.
Two numbers
Current Form breathes with your last twenty trades. Career Score is monotonic — it never goes down.
Six pillars
Discipline weighted heaviest (25%), Mindset next (22%). Process leads, outcome follows.
One tier

Walk it yourself. Seven days.
