mindwhealth exists because the trader who built it spent a decade learning setups that worked and still couldn't hold himself to them. Every trading course he ever bought stopped at the entry. None of them taught the eighty percent that actually decides the outcome.
The founder
Daniel Sillett.
Retail forex trader. Up at 4am to prepare — charts, then outside for a bit before the New York session opens. I'm a regular guy. I started with nothing and decided I wanted that to change.
The setup was never the problem. It hadn't been for years. The problem was how I reacted after a loss. Marrying one idea until it hurt, then jumping to the next one, and the next. Trade plans written properly and abandoned by the third candle. Scattered. Reckless, if I'm honest — and Stage One of this course isn't called that by accident.
I built mindwhealth for the trader I was at the start — the one with every book, every Discord, every course, who had watched every trading video on YouTube and still couldn't sit on his hands.
